CONPACK 2000 - AUTOMATIC PACKING
MACHINE FOR ROLLS
Our new Model CONPACK 2000
packs cylindrical shaped products (fabric, moquette,
wall paper, a.s.o) into polyethylene foil having
thickness 60÷150 microns.
Thanks to its high peiformance
(up to 240 packages per hour), "CONPACK
2000" is designed to be adjusted with inspection
and rolling units.
Even if "CONPACK 2000"
maintains simple and strong featuies like last
models, it is equipped with all vanguard devices,
which let you have a reliable and sure package.
Machine is equipped with:
- band conveyor with concave drums on entiance;
- roll wrapping with polyethylene foil
coming from both up-and down-side bobbins
with purpose to save material waste;
- longitudinal theimo-welding by impulses
resistances with automatic seal adjustment
on roll diameter;
- lateral double axial thermowelding with
or without waste cut, or tuft closure with
metal clips;
- automatic delivery of packed rolls into
container with hydraulic tilt.
Up On Demand:
- entrance storage for automatic feed,
- unit with weight, packing list printing
and package label operation.
Production Data:
- From 180 up to 240 packages per hour
