CONPACK 1800 - AUTOMATIC PACKING
MACHINE FOR ROLLS AND FOLDED FABRICS
This model packs fabric boards
and folded pieces into polyethylene film having
thickness 60÷150 microns.
Model "CONPACK 1800"
had been designed to solve the specific problems
on soft products with hard handle, like folded
pieces coming from calenders for knitted tubular
fabric.
Model "CONPACK 1800"
can be placed in line with calenders; by using
band conveyor, it prevents to handle material
till finished package.
Thanks to its performance,
you may also use "CONPACK 1800" for
rolls packing up to max. mm 1100 height.
Machine is equipped with:
- feed conveyor with setting guides;
- roll wrapping unit with polyethylene
foil coming from both up-and downside bobbins
to avoid material waste;
- longitudinal thermowelding by continuous
warming resistances with automatic seal
adjustment to product centre;
- lateral impulse thermowelding with cut
and waste collection;
- clutching drums conveyor with belt translation
on machine delivery;
- store conveyor on delivery moving step
by step.
Up On Demand:
- entrance storage for automatic feed;
- unit with weight, packing list printing
and package label operations.
Production Data :
- From 140 up to 150 packages per hour.
