GSB 83 - SEMI AUTOMATIC PACKING
MACHINE FOR BALLS
The semi-automatic packing
machine GSB/83 is employed for packing balls
and other products lying within its capacity.
The balls or other products
are arranged on a loading surface and then pushed
into a waiting bag kept open at one side by
compressed air, after which the bag is brought
into position for heat-welding the open side.
Having completed the weld,
the belt conveyor loads the finished pack into
a container for storage.
A photocell beside the conveyor
detects the passage of the finished pack and
triggers the next working cycle.
Different kinds of bags may
be used, though in lots of 50 identical ones,
which are placed on the loading surface so that
they are automatically readied for packing the
balls.
