VRT 2000 - AUTOMATIC VERTICAL
PACKING MACHINE FOR ROLLS
This model packs woven non-woven
rolls placed in vertical position into thermo-shrinking
polyethylene film having thickness 60÷80
microns.
Machine is equipped with:
- Loading device with hydraulic turnover.
- Packing device with automatic adjustement
of devices to the variant rolls dimensions:
frontal thermo-welding and two lateral thermo-weldings:
trim of the waste and its recovery.
- Thermo-shrinkage oven with one central
cell warmed and two lateral cells separated
by sliding doors.
- Hydraulic elevator platform to discharge.
- Final accumulator.
