AR 4000 - AUTOMATIC WINDING
MACHINE FOR TUFTS AND MOQUETTES
This model winds moquette or
carpets, having 4000 mm. height, coming from
lines having a continuous cycle.
The winding machine AR 4000,
completely automatic, has been particularly
studied to resolve in the best way the manual
problems existing on these works.
Machine is equipped with:
- Automatic device for cardboard tubes
loading.
- Winding device for the material with tension
regulator.
- Roll stop and unloading automatically
preselected.
- Transversal cut with cardboard tubes
automatic descent and border closing with
N. 9 clips.
- Automatic roll banding with delivery
on packing line
- Preselection for double cut of seam,
defect or sampling.
- Possibility to wind with both the senses.
