IS 200 - INSPECTION ROLLING
MACHINE WITH SUCTION CONVEYOR BELT
Purposely designed for inspecting
elastic fabrics, the MOD. IS 200 is supplied
with a perforated suction tape that, while adhering
to the fabric, allows for eliminating tensions
that alter the measurement values.
The machine is equipped:
- Large roll reception cradle with extractable
platform.
- Framework in press-folded sheet.
- Overfed cylinder for inspection with
right side out.
- Synchronisation dancer cylinders.
- Suction conveyor belt.
- Suction units inside the tape.
- Luminous inspecting table with adjustable
inclination. Multicolour background ribbon
for selection of defect visibility level.
- Winding carriage with automatic centering
system.
- Adjustable ceiling-light.
- Oscillating arm for lap feed.
- Extractable footboards for operator.
Working speed from 0 to 80

Inspection width max. 2100 mm.
Accessories :
- Yardage or defect marking machines (two
or three colour marks), with handhold keypad
for entering defect type and for connection
to PC.
- Fabric width checking systems with PC
serial port connection.
- HARDWARE and SOFTWARE stations with dedicated
programs for acquisition or defect, length,
width and, if required, weight of fabric
piece with automatic
quality certificate printing.
