ROC 30N - YARN RAISING MACHINE
Following suggestions and requests
from customers, Messrs OFFICINA MECCANICA Dl
CERRETO developed the new, recently patented
model of the yarn raising machine GSB ROC 30,
with winding of the raised yarn on 6" truncated
cones with conicity of 5°57'.
The new yarn raising machine,
Model GSB ROC 30, has been significantly improved
in some of its vital aspects, the main characteristics
which differentiate it from former models are
as follows:
- The high performance at maximum speeds
(320 m/min.)
- The ability of attaining excellent raising
effects, due to the new electronic adjustment
mechanism on the raising cylinder, thus
making it independent of the production
speed.
On the Model GSB ROC 30, particular
attention has been paid to the "productivity
to space requirement" relationship, with
the result that 50% more productivity has been
attained compared with the GSB ROC 20 ends,
with an overall increase in length of only 760
mm.
A special, patented electronic
device makes it possible to produce an absolutely
soft and loose cone from the core to the maximum
diameter of 280 mm, by virtue of regular monitoring
of the yarn winding tension.
This new model is capable
of raising any type of yarn: Conventional bouclé
and simulated mohair, as well as various blended
yarns. As the result of the rational and effective
yarn processing, it offers appreciable production
cost advantages wherever there is a need for
winding raised yarn onto cones.
The raising machine, Model
GSB ROC 30, is equipped with:
- Electromagnetic scanner for monitoring
broken ends at the delivery side.
- Dust collecting pan for extracting the
fine dust generated, and located directly
above the raising cylinder and above the
raising elements.
- Pneumafil with direct suction at yarn
delivery.
- Yardage counter for controlling the cone
diameter.
- Electronic tachometer for checking the
production speed.
- Potentiometers for electronic speed and
tension control.
