ROC 20 E 40 - YARN RAISING
MACHINE
OFFICINA MECCANICA Dl CERRETO,
impelled by technological evolution in several
sectors and wishing to satisfy the numerous
requests of their customers, have created a
new type of raising machine Mod. GSB ROC 40
(patented), delivering raised yarn directly
on 6" truncated cones of conicity 5°57"
and able to raise any kind of yarn: bouclé,
normal, mohair, acrylic and blends, attaining
maximum productivity and quality in a highly
rational manner.
The electronic and mechanical
devices provided enable a perfect cone to be
achieved with stable tensions appropriate to
the yarn, possessing the desired softness uniform
over the entire conicity, up to a maximum cone
diameter of mm. 280.
The new model GSB ROC 40 brings
a notable saving on raising production costs
where the raised yarn has to be rewound onto
cones.
The raising machine is equipped
with:
- Electromagnetic feelers for monitoring
broken ends.
- Dust collecting pan with suction for
fine dust generated, directly centered on
the raising cylinders and directed straight
onto the winding system.
- Pneumafil with direct suction at yarn
delivery.
- Mechanical meter counter monitoring cone
diameter.
- Electronic tachometer monitoring production
speed.
- Potentiometers for electronic speed and
tension adjustment.
